Gary D. Weiner obtained his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova University in 1984. While in law school, he served as Chief Advocate of the Moot Court Society and was named to the Who's Who of American Colleges and Universities.

Mr. Weiner is admitted to practice in Florida (since 1985), as well as before the U.S. Army Court of Military Review, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Weiner also is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association, Family Law Section. The Chief Judge in the Broward County Circuit Court appointed Mr. Weiner to serve as a Traffic Court Magistrate Judge, where he served from 1997 until 2000, when he retired to concentrate on his family law practice. The Florida Supreme Court certified Mr. Weiner as a Family Law Mediator in 1996. In 2000, the National Register named Mr. Weiner to the Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. He is listed in Martindale Hubbell with an AV rating (highest rating) and has been consistently included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers each year.

Mr. Weiner's practice focuses on a variety of matters related to family law, including child custody, divorce, spousal support, child support, post-divorce modification, mediation, premarital agreements, postnuptial agreements, alimony, domestic violence, visitation rights, and distribution agreements.
