Gary D. Weiner has been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1985. His practice is limited to the area of Family Law, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, spousal and child support and post judgment issues of modification. <p>After graduating from Nova Southeastern Law School where he served as Chief Advocate of the Moot Court Society and was named to the Who's Who of American Colleges and Universities, Mr. Weiner was lead trial associate for famed attorney Henry B. Rothblatt who together with F. Lee Bailey authored the landmark Criminal Law Library for West Publishing Company. <p>In 1994, Mr. Weiner was appointed by the Chief Judge in Broward County to serve as a Traffic Court Magistrate Judge. In 1997, Mr. Weiner retired as a Magistrate to concentrate solely on his law practice. In 1996, Mr. Weiner was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator. In 2000, Mr. Weiner was named to the National Register's Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. <p>Mr. Weiner is a member of the following Courts: The Florida Bar; The United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; The United States District Court Trial Bar and The United States Army Court of Military Review. | |
